TOLEDO (13abc Action News) - Fiat Chrysler is gearing up to shift Jeep Cherokee production from Toledo to Illinois this spring. That means several suppliers will move their operations to Illinois as well. If current workers don't want to move to Illinois, they will be out of a job. The JCC/YMCA of Sylvania in Sylvania Township, about 9 miles west of Toledo, received a phoned-in bomb threat at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 31. No bombs or other threats were found by local police. The City of Toledo and the Village of Ottawa Hills will hold a meeting Tuesday night on revamping the road at Old Orchard Elementary. The conversation comes after Toledo and Ottawa Hills secured federal funding to help improve the stretch of Secor.
