    TOLEDO, Ohio (13abc Action News) - Toledo Police say they know who the man is who was caught on camera in a dramatic, but failed robbery at a local pharmacy. The incident happened Monday at Toledo Family Pharmacy. Police say Joshua Gibson jumped on the pharmacy counter, pulled out a gun and pulled the trigger, but the gun jammed.
