Toledo, Ohio (WNWO)--The Toledo Police Department saw it's 21st homicide over the July 4th holiday weekend. On Sunday, Officers were called to a home at the 4000 block of Packard. There they found 27-year-old Debereaux Kynard suffering from at least one gunshot wound.He was pronounced dead at the scene.
