    TOLEDO (13abc Action News) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol announced the results of the CIRCLE TOLEDO OVI enforcement efforts today. Between 6:00 PM Friday and 6:00 AM Saturday 89 officers were part of the effort and 19 drivers were arrested for driving under the influence. According to OSHP Lieutenent William Bowers, a total of 420 vehicles were stopped during the 12 hour enforcement period.
