Toledo will join suburbs to look at regional water system
TOLEDO >> The city of Toledo is joining with neighboring suburbs in northwestern Ohio to look at creating a regional water system. Toledo’s city council recently approved a resolution supporting the idea. At least eight other suburbs and counties are on board.
